I have two vehicles that required service, a 2017 Sentra and a 2020 Altima. The service department is slow. I dropped the Sentra off for transmission work and it has taken almost 2 weeks to complete the wor and a 2020 Altima. The service department is slow. I dropped the Sentra off for transmission work and it has taken almost 2 weeks to complete the work. My advisor for this repair has been great! Communication has been great, I just hate the length of time it's taking. I had an appointment on the 18th of May to drop of the Altima for lock door issues and sensor malfunction concerns and I have not been given an expected completion date. I have called twice and emailed the service advisor and have yet to receive a response about when my vehicle will be ready. This is my 2nd experience with the service department and I'm not impressed. At this point I'd be willing to travel to another dealership if I can get better service. More

Also they got a new system that emails or texts you the multi point inspection and you can approve work from the text or email sent. Very c was fast.
