I was very unhappy with the young lady that assisted me. She lectured me about why I didn’t bring my car in sooner. She wasn’t friendly at all . I explained to her that I bought my car in December and covid She lectured me about why I didn’t bring my car in sooner. She wasn’t friendly at all . I explained to her that I bought my car in December and covid happened in March. Still she said well we were open . I felt she wanted an explanation as to why I didn’t come in to bring my car to be serviced,,well by that time I was upset and thought I’d better leave. What she didn’t know that I am high risk and a cancer survivor so it would not have been very wise . This was not a good experience . Also I did ask her to check on why I hadn’t receive the genie butler card ….well she waited until I came back to pick up my vehicle to ask me did I still wanted her to check on that. I told her no . I’ll just chalk it up to she was having a bad day but sometimes I have bad days too but I would not like for customers to have a bad day because of my attitude . Thank You More
