My experience was great, on my arrival for oil change, I was great by TJ, he provided excellent customer services. He was very knowledgeable and he informed me that my vehicle had a current recall. I went yesterday for a switch that had been recalled and scheduled an oil change and cabin air filter change while I was going to be there anyway. To start with I was there about 2 hrs.and 20 minutes. When scheduled an oil change and cabin air filter change while I was going to be there anyway. When they finished the work they parked my car in the parking lot after about 20 minutes of the car sitting my husband went and ask a guy about my car he said it was done but he was on the phone ordering parts for someone else so we were just having to sit for him to take time to let us know my car was ready. All of the times I have took my car for service I never had a problem but this time when they changed the cabin filter they dumped all of the debris on my mats and carpet. They normally put paper down to prevent this but I guess for some reason didn't . I had just vacuumed before I went and expected my car to be clean when they finished. It was not. I was very disappointed. I will not be taking it back for service again. More
