Wasted two days and 2 hours of my time. When we got down to writing up the deal, they want to charge me for a new car package that is over $2000. It’s their way of marking up the price of the car. My experience was great, on my arrival for oil change, I was great by TJ, he provided excellent customer services. He was very knowledgeable and he informed me that my vehicle had a current recall. I was then taken to the waiting area where TJ told me that I can get coffee and snacks. I only had to wait for about 45 minutes for my car to be serviced. I went yesterday for a switch that had been recalled and scheduled an oil change and cabin air filter change while I was going to be there anyway. To start with I was there about 2 hrs.and 20 minutes. When scheduled an oil change and cabin air filter change while I was going to be there anyway. When they finished the work they parked my car in the parking lot after about 20 minutes of the car sitting my husband went and ask a guy about my car he said it was done but he was on the phone ordering parts for someone else so we were just having to sit for him to take time to let us know my car was ready. All of the times I have took my car for service I never had a problem but this time when they changed the cabin filter they dumped all of the debris on my mats and carpet. They normally put paper down to prevent this but I guess for some reason didn't . I had just vacuumed before I went and expected my car to be clean when they finished. It was not. I was very disappointed. I will not be taking it back for service again. More
