My experience with Headquarter Nissan during this recent process was exceptional. I give many kudos to my salesperson, Ms. Tiffany Moore, as she provided the most awesome customer service. Even when I was in the process of changing my mind, she assured me that she was doing her best to assist, and even gave me a few options. I really appreciated that! About 7 years ago I tried to do business with Headquarter Nissan and I didn't receive the greatest customer service. This, in turn, left a sour taste in my mouth. I recently decided to give it another try, because everyone and every business have their not-so-good days! Ms. Moore changed my entire view of this business, and I'm grateful. This young lady deserves an award! :) More

The sales associate was great but the time it took to finalize the paperwork was ridiculous. I was there for almost 4 hours. Finance was really nice too. I bought cars from Honda and Ford it never took more than an hour to complete. More
