My overall experience was amazing. The salesman answered all of my questions regarding vehicle options and paired me with my dream car. It is a match made in heaven. There was no pressure ever. I explained my tight budget and James Stallworth and Terry Browning crunched some numbers and made it happen. They were a delight to work with. Not only did I get a wonderful deal on my bee vehicle purchase but they also went over and beyond what I expected for my trade in. While waiting to sign the paper work, I had the opportunity to meet other Nissan salesmen and staff. They were all kind and friendly. I sensed that not only was this a work environment but this was a “family” and they happily welcomed me to the Nissan Headquarters of Columbus family. I couldn’t be happier. The finance lady was wonderful. She was very detailed, explanatory, and patient when answering all of my questions. Thank you again James Stallworth and Terry Browning for making this happen. I’m a very happy and proud owner of a new Nissan. More
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. From the service manager, Frankie to the service advisors like Libby who got fired for who knows what. My car stopped in the middle of me driving on a friday afternoon and when I called Frankie answered the phone and said you can come in on Monday and we will look at it knowing they were open Saturday. I took my car in Saturday anyways because I don’t feel safe, then I had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket. A few weeks later I found out my transmission needed to be replaced in my 2019 vehicle with 25,000 miles on it. They also wanted me to pay out of pocket for my rental car while my car was getting a new transmission which I refused to do. Frankie is beyond unprofessional. He promised me my car would be repaired after this, which it wasn’t and corporate had to personally step in and fix my vehicle. Every time I go to get my oil changed I wait at least 2 hours. Every employee talks about how horrible the workplace is. Every time I go in they have new staff because everyone walks out because they have the worst management ever. All of the techs working on your car sit there and watch tik toks on their phones because you can see it through the windows. Nobody is wearing a mask, but they have a sign up asking you to wear yours. All of the employees make me question if I’m just too intelligent or they are just that freaking idiotic. Not to mention they put regular oil in my grandmothers car instead of synthetic. I called to speak to Frankie one day and they said oh he’s on the roof? Like you could have said he’s with a customer. They are just full of stupidity. I will learn how to ride a bike before I ever buy a Nissan again. My car now has 51,000 on it and the transmission and axle went out. The service technician, Nate, sent me text calling me small butt and such because the entire place is so unprofessional. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! More

I took my vehicle in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. My maintenance advertiser MARQ was a true professional and a kind gentleman. My experience with Headquarter Nissan during this recent process was exceptional. I give many kudos to my salesperson, Ms. Tiffany Moore, as she provided the most awesome customer service. Even when I was in the process of changing my mind, she assured me that she was doing her best to assist, and even gave me a few options. I really appreciated that! About 7 years ago I tried to do business with Headquarter Nissan and I didn't receive the greatest customer service. This, in turn, left a sour taste in my mouth. I recently decided to give it another try, because everyone and every business have their not-so-good days! Ms. Moore changed my entire view of this business, and I'm grateful. This young lady deserves an award! :) More
