I had my CX-5 serviced last week, and Shannon Painter my advisor was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, friendly, thorough, and detailed. She made the whole process so easy and accommodating to me. I rece advisor was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, friendly, thorough, and detailed. She made the whole process so easy and accommodating to me. I received digital copies of my MPI inspection, updates, and receipts. She even noticed my doggy car seat, and asked how my dog was doing! My car was washed and looked brand new. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and got my car back more than 6 hours later which I feel was way too much time to diagnose and fix 2 simple issues, which were corrected.
