Update- Seriously would go somewhere else! This dealership has care for their customers whatsoever. They will mis-lead and mis-represent things in order to make money. We were told by Nathan, their dealership has care for their customers whatsoever. They will mis-lead and mis-represent things in order to make money. We were told by Nathan, their sales manager, that he would make up for it with little things here and there, but he did absolutely none of that. When we spoke to their “customer relations” manager after leaving a Facebook review (after almost 7 days of her not returning phone calls), we were told it was between us and the dealer and there was nothing she wanted to or could do to help and then we were blocked from their Facebook page. Really shady business practices this dealer has. We just purchased our 2nd and 3rd cars from HQ Mazda and had another fabulous experience. Jordan helped us in the beginning and we also got to work with Martin this time and he is absolutely wonderful. He was patient, never made us feel feel pressured, took the time to answer all of our questions, is very knowledgeable about the brand, and helped me drive away with the new CX-30. Chris from finance was great again as well! This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a high quality car and a pleasant, no pressure, and enjoyable car buying experience.
