I was waiting for the gr Having trepidation going to any dealership I dreaded the thought of going to Headquarter Mazda for a parts and service issue. I was waiting for the greatly inflated dealership prices and could care less attitude. Boy was I wrong, Max in parts and service went far beyond the norm to help us. He seemed to truly care without a hint of attitude. We met Chris in the detail dept. again more helpful than we had a right to expect. Then even though we were not buying a vehicle we meet Robert from sales. Again very nice and relaxed. We actually felt like we were with friends. Well done!!!! More
