Had a great experiences at Mazda I had been contacted by Rick SANFORD after I had done an internet search for a Mazda vehicle. We communicated a number of times and when I told him I had been contacted by Rick SANFORD after I had done an internet search for a Mazda vehicle. We communicated a number of times and when I told him that My wife and I would like to look at a Mazda 3 he took the initiative to send us a video he took with his cellphone and forwarded it to us to review.. We made an appointment and was cordially greeted. After viewing the Mazda 3, Rick suggested we look at Mazda 6 because it would be a better fit for “senior customers”. After looking at it and driving it, we decided to go with the Mazda6. There was no “salesman’s Pressure” to force us ro make a decision. Rick is a professional sales person and it was a pleasure working with him. We highly recommend Headquarter Mazda because of the friendly atmosphere and they do not want their salespersons to pressure their visitors. More

They were friendly and knowledgeable and very fair in negotiations. I was concerned I couldn’t afford a car this nice but they worked with me to get it into my monthly budget. The quality of Mazda cars speak for themselves, but the people at the dealership made it an overall great experience. Other dealerships in town wrote me off because I am young and this was my first car loan but Mazda took me seriously from the beginning and I really appreciated that. Rick was my salesman and he was outstanding and very patient with me. I recommend him and Headquarter Mazda in Clermont highly! More
