He took his time and was very thorough with information and so helpful. He is now someone who has earned my "shout it from the rooftop" status to see him for a vehicle! The dealership is beautiful and very well maintained. We were very disappointed that we weren't able to purchase through him last night. He has already texted this morning with a vehicle that may just well work! We shall see. More

We went in for car maintenance and it was smooth and fast. Appointment was booked online and once arriving in the dealership, registration was easy. This is a very condensed version of what happened. Travelled from Tampa to Clermont to see a car (4 hour round trip), very disappointed with the salesperson, so much so that I asked her if I could sp Travelled from Tampa to Clermont to see a car (4 hour round trip), very disappointed with the salesperson, so much so that I asked her if I could speak with somebody else as we definitely weren't getting on very well. She went into an office populated with three or four guys, I have no idea what she was saying to them as she was in there for 3-4 minutes and all of them kept on looking at me as she was talking to them. One of the guys came out, introduced himself as one of the sales managers and proceeded to disingenuously tell me that there was somebody else who was already purchasing the vehicle, (which obviously there wasn't, he just wanted to get rid of me). It's such a shame that I have to write this review as overall most reviews seem to be positive, normally I wouldn't waste my time with this, however, this was a complete waste of MY time and money for gas. If anybody wants to hear the full story from the dealership, I'm more than willing to document the whole thing for you, as obviously whoever the sales manager was that I spoke to, wasn't interested in my business and took the side of the salesperson, without knowing the facts. Too bad, I liked the car and would have bought it :) More
