On 2/27/19, we were greeted, and quickly directed toward the car we were interested in. We test drove the car, and even took it home for the evening (to make sure it fit in the garage). Great experience, and loved the vehicle. On 2/28/19, we returned the car and experienced below average customer service. The gentleman we worked with the day before, forgot who we were and we had to reintroduce ourselves and remind him about the car. Then at the negation table, the value for our trade in was well below KBB, and received a quote for a model with less features. Even after pointing out the differences, they did not budge, and continued to quote us a trade in value for a vehicle different than ours. It became very clear quickly that they did not want our business. Besides the usually car dealship excuses, not once did anyone ask for my name or shake my hand in the entire time at the dealship. Clearly, I’m not important enough to warrant even an introduction, why would I be worthy of their below average business? More

An Exceptional Experience As a loyal Mazda owner of a CX-9, my wife wanted to down size to either a Mazda CX-5 or an Acura RDX (she has owned 5 Acura’s and what she traded in f As a loyal Mazda owner of a CX-9, my wife wanted to down size to either a Mazda CX-5 or an Acura RDX (she has owned 5 Acura’s and what she traded in for the CX-9, which we got from Don Mealy Mazda) when her lease was up. We started this process to look to turning in our CX-9 early, because Don Mealy Mazda would send us mail and emails every month once we were within 6 months of our lease termination, to push us to turn our CX-9 in early. Currently we live in Clermont, and Headquarter Mazda is less than a half miles from our home, so if she was going to go with the CX-5, her preference would have been to do it with Headquarter, but I do the negotiations and it is all about who gives me the best deal. I started with Don Mealy, and I did not feel at all that I was a valued customer, even though my lease was with them and the only reason I was going through this process was because they pushed me to do it. I then went up the OBT to Fountain Acura, where I had leased 4 vehicles from over 20 years. They too did not seem very interested in being agressive to get my business back. Finally, I was working with Jordan Pribanic and the Sales Manager Steve, who initially when I first met with them, they were not competitive, but encouraged me to let them know what they needed to do, after I had completed my negotiations with Don Mealy Mazda and Fountain Acura. I went back to them and let them know what they needed to do, AND THEY DID. My wife loves her new CX-5 Reserve and Jordan and Steve did a great job. Jordan has been very helpful and has spent valued “one on one” time with my wife to help her get all the features of her CX-5 working for her. Top Notch Service and Personable Staff My wife takes her car here for service and has always raved about how nice everyone is. They explain everything and they do a great job. Well, last week, I went with her to drop off her vehicle for service and later in the day, went with her to pick it up. She was spot on! I said as we walked back to the car after the drop off that they were very pleasant and friendly. That gave me comfort knowing that when she had car issues and I was not around...she was in good hands. A shout out to Service Advisor, Anthony Cruz. He was a true professional.
