Great experience buying my first certified pre-owned car I've never bought a car from a dealership before, and so going into the transaction I expected some hard sales tactics and up-selling. Martin did a good job getting me the car I wanted. The process with the paperwork is ridiculous. Takes way to much time. They must be able to stream line in faster.
