I have been using this dealership for service for 3 years now and am very pleased with the changes made when Headquarters Hyundai took over ownership. I was glad to see that most of the service writers that I had dealt with in the past were still around. The one person I want to recognize in the Service Dept is Gayland Young. While there are other service writers who are pleasant, Gayland has always been exceptional in his knowledge, courtesy and personal attention to my needs. I now schedule my service appts with Gayland because of his familiarity with my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Ltd. He always addresses me by name when I arrive, even recalls several personal things about me and my family that we have discussed at random in the past and makes me feel like a valued customer. I took my car to be serviced at this dealership and was pleasantly suprised. I had never visited Headqaurter Hyundai and was not sure of their service department. I was greeted with a smiling face before a word came out of Chris Sweet's mouth. Chris introduced himself to me and assessed my vehicle. Chris let me know that besides my oil change, the service dept. wou of Chris Sweet's mouth. Chris introduced himself to me and assessed my vehicle. Chris let me know that besides my oil change, the service dept. would also take care of a recall notice for my car. I let him know that I was concerned about the amount of time that would be needed in order to complete the recall repair. I mentioned to Chris that I was expecting an A/C repairman at my home and that I really needed to do the recall at another visit. Chris assured me that the recall repair would not take very much time over and above the oil change. Within about a half an hour, Chris came to tell me my car was ready. He said that he was able to move it up in the the schedule. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in getting me back on the road in time to get back to my home to meet the A/C repairman. Chris made my stress level go down. I made it back to my house just in time. So life is good! More
