Horrible experience This unprofessional and shady dealership is giving Hyundai a bad name. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 and a half hours This unprofessional and shady dealership is giving Hyundai a bad name. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 and a half hours (with an appointment and a promise of it being done within an hour and a half) they DID NOT rotate the tires nor did they top off my fluids. My husband had to put windshield washer fluid in that evening. Hyundai are great vehicles! Do not waste your time or money at this horrible place. Their vehicles are over priced, their sales people are liars and their service department is shady. More

Much better service than Holler Hyundai. Their service department knows what they are doing unlike Holler Hyundai. The get the proper amount of air in your tires. They wash your car for you Their service department knows what they are doing unlike Holler Hyundai. The get the proper amount of air in your tires. They wash your car for you. They have a get lounge to wait in with movies, coffee and donuts. They are just as prompt in their service but your car comes back right with everything that is supposed to be on it, as in valve stem caps unlike Holler and no greasy hand prints all over your car. They know that the Sonata Hybrid tires manufacturer's recommended PSI in the owner's manual and side door post is 35 not 32 like Holler. The staff is friendly in their service department. I bought my car at Holler for the price but I will now buy from Headquarter Hyundai as they have much better service after the sale. More

Thank you to the Service & Parts department! I am a new customer to Headquarter Hyundai. I recently had a flat tire on my 2013 Tuscon. My tires were still fairly new, and did not seemed like they I am a new customer to Headquarter Hyundai. I recently had a flat tire on my 2013 Tuscon. My tires were still fairly new, and did not seemed like they needed replacing. I went to another tire center where they told me it could NOT be patched and not only did i need to purchase one tire, but 2 tires to balance it out. I wound up shopping around and called Headquarter Hyundai to see if they could order the same tire for me that I already had on the car. I spoke with Ricardo in parts, and he was EXTREMELY helpful in not only finding my tire for me, but giving me a great price on it. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by Chris Sweet in the service department, even though he seemed busy, he assured me he would be right with me, with a friendly greeting. He looked at my tire, and told me it looks like they can easily patch my tire (Saving me money on purchasing a new tire) and not only that, there would be NO CHARGE for the service today, and wished me a Merry Christmas! It was so nice to see such wonderful customer service, and I can promise you that not only will I be back to the service department for any of my needs, I will highly recommend the dealership as well. His knowledge of the products, ability to explain technical issues in laymen's terms so I was able to understand the first time and his extremely friendly and "customer comes first" attitude was in a word comforting. The back story is that I called the service department at Headquarter Hyundai to ask some questions about a 2011 Tucson that I was about to purchase for my daughter. It was still under the manufacturers warranty so I decided to contact the dealer to try and gain some information on its history. Chris Sweet answered the phone and immediately began to ask me the vin so he could look up the vehicle history. His whole demeanor was pleasant and as I stated in the beginning, calming to a very stressful situation. I had my daughter on one side and the salesman on the other trying to get me to sign the deal. You can get an idea of the ordeal I was in. Chris understood my predicament from the beginning so he went into action. In the end he assured of coverage I had if I were to run into any issues. He also help me seal the deal on the purchase because if I hadn't spoken with Chris I might not have made the purchase. I just picked my car up from the service department. What a great experience. Chris checked the car out from head to toe. Multi point inspections, recalls and some other issues I wanted him to look into. I had his whole team on the job! I am very pleased with the results and more important, my daughter is very happy. Hats off to you for the extreme service provided by Chris Sweet! More
