Sales Manager very aggressive when going through the car buying process. When I asked about the WIFI they acted like they didn't care. They had me scheduled for the wrong day to get paint done. I had to call three times to find out when the paint guy was actually going to be there and got wrong info each time.... Got a software update recall notice and was told when I got there with an appointment that it was going to take hours to be resolved. So much for appointments I guess.... They've really gone down hill over the last few years... More

Initial offer was more than fair but out of my reach - still upside down on my car. Little give n take on both sides. Left with brand new 2 yo car!
