I had been looking for a new car to purchase and had been to 5 dealerships before I came to Headquarter Hyundai. I explained my credit situation and what I was looking to spend. He very kindly told me that he could help me, and to come on in. When I got there I met Joel, and he introduced me to my salesperson, Byron. What a wonderful person to deal with! Byron was kind, helpful, informative, pleasant, sincere and genuinely wanted to help me buy a car. In less than 2 hours, I was in the financing office with Vincent, where I received great and personable service as well. I drove home in a brand new 2014 Elantra and couldn't be happier. We had had our hearts on one vehicle, but Tim had the shop check it out for certification. When the car was found not up to certification standards he was honest and contacted us with the news. Although, we began our visits looking to buy a used vehicle, in the end the best deal got us into a new 2013.
