Good experience I found just the car I was looking for (model, MPG, appearance, price). The sales rep was friendly, no pressure - just there to help and answer my qu I found just the car I was looking for (model, MPG, appearance, price). Great Experience! I went to HQ Hyundai in Sanford to get some warranty work done my 09 Sonata. While I was waiting for service to be done, I began to tour the lot. Tim came out to me a couple minutes later and I thought to myself " oh, here we go... a pushy, overbearing, full-of-BS car salesman." Well, I was extremely wrong. The HQ Hyundai team was so friendly and helpful. Whether I told them I wasn't interested or was, Tim treated me the same. Willing to answer any question with an honest answer. Long story short, I left with an awesome brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata at a great deal. The entire process was quick and painless. I told them how much I wanted to pay and what I wanted to get and they didn't try to haggle me or rip me off. They were able to give me a good deal on my trade in and my new car and I left as a very happy customer. I would highly recommend HQ Hyundai in Sanford to anyone. Great service, great cars. Great Customer Service On 4-11-2014 I returned to the dealership for a customer service issue I had with the customer services agents from the hyundai.com website. I went to On 4-11-2014 I returned to the dealership for a customer service issue I had with the customer services agents from the hyundai.com website. I went to see my sales person Nick who was busy with another customer at the time and he turned me over to Jake Von Radesky who said he would be happy to assist me. Jake right away assured me that he was here to help me with what ever problem I was having. At the time I was not feeling real happy with the help I had received on the phone prior to coming back to the dealership. Jake was a good listener and was able to make me more at ease. Even though this customer service issue did not involve him directly he made an unhappy customer a happy customer again and corrected the problem. I am a big customer service person and Jake showed me that he also cares about customers. He was a team player and stepped up to the plate when Nick was busy and did what had to be done and do right for the customer. I have been a customer at this dealership for 9 going on 10 years now and this is the reason I came back to buy another vehicle here. In today's market anyone can sell you a vehicle but it's the relationship you have with the dealership and it's personnel after you purchase it that keeps you coming back and telling others about the quality of service you received. I will continue my relationship with this dealership and will refer family and friends that maybe looking to purchase a Hyundai to them.
