When we first meet him we tell him that we are not buying just looking for the above and when we are done looking plan on going to the VW dealer to check out the beetle convertible. He is not pushy and goes to look for the car we want to look at. He can't find it at first but doesn't stop and when he does we can't drive it because we they are working on a rear bumper scratch from the lot. No worries there is another Elantra coupe that we can test drive which we do and fall in love with. We still wanted to look at the VW and have lunch. Jake wasn't pushy and said he'd hold it for an hour. Of course we came back and he saw us pull in--he allowed us a little more time while we sat in our car still talking about the 2 different vehicles when he pulled up in the titanium gray metallic coupe. Happy with this experience I have to say this is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. We had gone in a week before actually purchasing the vehicle to test drive I have to say this is one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Mauricio was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was very friendly and helped us throughout the entire process. I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy or not so they were able to run some estimated payments for us and were able to get me to the cost I wanted. I went to another dealership to test drive a different car and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I loved the Elantra AND the customer service I had received at Headquarter and went back a week later and purchased my car. Since we had already laid the ground work all they had to do was run my credit and the payment was within $20 of where they said it would be and I was in and out. I love love love my new car and am so thankful for Mauricio and the help he provided. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will absolutely use them for my next car. We have been in the unusual situation that my daughter was going to work in Florida for 12 months and we needed to buy a car in the USA before we arrived without having seen or touched it other than in a photo as we live in the UK! We were assigned to Keith Dykes... Wow what a passionate and exceedingly pleasant guy. He could not have been more helpful In fact blew us away with the service he provided before, during and after the purchase of the car. He went above and beyond anything we have experienced before he treated my daughter,who we bought the car for, like she was his own and made sure that the vehicle was 100% before entertaining letting us drive off. We had a minor glitch and Keith came to our rescue on his day off... Driving from Sanford to Orlando to return the car... Best car buying experience in past 30 years We started finding a car for our college son before the summer ended. After seeing a few Honda's and Jeep's and other brands, he settled on the Hyunda We started finding a car for our college son before the summer ended. After seeing a few Honda's and Jeep's and other brands, he settled on the Hyundai Sonata. But he liked the 2014 model better than the new 2015 one. Not many 2014 cars were available and the color he wanted were almost sold everywhere in Central Florida. Obviously we were very happy when we called Headquarter Hyundai and found out that they could get us one for the same price at no additional cost. When they learned that my son would like to drive it to college the following day, they made a great effort to get the car in time, tinted the windows at our request even before we made our commitment, and serviced it to make it ready for us. When we got there, we were greeted by Byron. Throughout the entire process he was extremely helpful and very nice to work with. He kept us updated with the info about the car. My wife was very picky. She inspected the car very carefully and found a few tiny spots (I knew they were just dirt). Byron took it seriously. He cleaned them up one by one himself under the sun in a hottest late August afternoon (felt like 110+F), to make the car look flawless. It was indeed flawless, inside out, with only 80 miles on it (some other dealership we spoke with tried to sell us a 'new' car with 800 miles). We completed the purchase, with no additional, hidden costs. Everything was as promised. We also picked up some financial advice from Joel, the manager there who was very classy and earned a lot of respect from us. All in all, it was our greatest car-shopping experience and we hope to buy our next car from Headquarter soon! More
