Don't buy unless they have the vehicle you want on the lot I was offered WAY below the value of my trade in and when asked why so low, I was told by the sales manager that since they had to get the vehicle I w I was offered WAY below the value of my trade in and when asked why so low, I was told by the sales manager that since they had to get the vehicle I wanted from another lot, in order to match the price he would have to give me below wholesale value on my trade in. On their website they have a trade in estimator that give you a coupon guaranteeing black book high retail for the trade. I was offered over $1000 below the black book low. DO NOT trade in you vehicle if they do not have the car you want on their lot. Do your research first because they will LOW ball you on your trade. What made it even worse is that I had just bought another vehicle from them just 3 weeks before, but fortunately i didn't have a trade on that purchase. The sales people are nice to deal with, but this sales manager needs to go! More
