Routine Oil Change. The people are always friendly and helpful. The comfort in the waiting area is excellent. I liked having a newspaper to read. Patient and compassionate with the elderly I took my older parents to the dealership to get their car serviced. Fantastic Customer Service Mr. TODD MCCLELLAN diagnosed the problem with my CRV quickly, as he had dealt with the same problem once in the past and remembered it. I had been to Mr. TODD MCCLELLAN diagnosed the problem with my CRV quickly, as he had dealt with the same problem once in the past and remembered it. I had been to Ocala Honda (where it was prurchased new) three times and to Leesburg Honda twice and neither one could find the transmission problem. I am so glad I simply stopped at Headquarter Honda and the issue was diagnosed right then, and it was repaired and available for pick up the next day. I was blown away with how efficient and friendly your staff was. I have owned many Honda products, including motorcycles, and am so pleased my issue was resolved. Todd even arranged a rental car for me so I could get back to The Villages where I live. Fellow golfers here are going to hear about this fine treatment too. THANK YOU TODD !!
