Not willing to Help.. Bought a used car that had a broken windshield sprayer tank, but refused to fix it because I was 5 days past the 30 day period, clearly it should have Bought a used car that had a broken windshield sprayer tank, but refused to fix it because I was 5 days past the 30 day period, clearly it should have been seen in the pre inspection the dealership does before selling the vehicle. Instead suggested I take it to Ford because Honda wouldn’t have the part and it would take extra time to get it and I would be charged for that. After buying several vehicles there, extremely disappointed!!! More

Car blew a tire I had a tire blow out on my way home on Highway 50. I immediately pulled into the Dealership and called my husband. A service manager named Mike Gippe I had a tire blow out on my way home on Highway 50. I immediately pulled into the Dealership and called my husband. A service manager named Mike Gippert overheard me talking and offered to help. He got his team to check the tire and ordered me a new one. He also put my chicken in the fridge so it wouldn’t spoil. Headquarter Honda to the rescue While driving from Upstate New York to Delray Beach, Florida my car broke down in Clermont, Florida. AAA sent a tow truck and delivered it to Headqua While driving from Upstate New York to Delray Beach, Florida my car broke down in Clermont, Florida. AAA sent a tow truck and delivered it to Headquarter Honda, since my car is a 2015 Honda CRV. Since it was a weekend (12/29/18-12/30/18) I stayed at a local Days Inn as I was waiting to find out the nature of the car's problem. Daniel Blakely was my service advisor. Over the weekend we must have talked on the phone at least 10 times. He was continually assuring me that fixing my Honda was a top priority. He was also concerned about my well-being. Danny couldn't have been nicer, as well as being very competent at his job. On Sunday he promised that he would call me by 10:00 am on Monday. Sure enough, he called me at 9:00 am, saying that I needed a new battery. I gave him my permission to install it and an hour later he informed me that they tested it and that all was OK. He sent a shuttle driver, Matthew, to pick me up, load my belongings into his car, drive me to Headquarters Honda, and transfer my belongings into my car. Matthew was extremely polite, kind and helpful. While I was speaking with Danny and paying my bill, Matthew gave me a complimentary car wash and he toweled down my car, leaving it shining and spotless. As I drove away, I reflected on how Headquarter Honda had treated me just like family. A BIG thank you to Danny and Matthew. Thanks to you for turning an unpleasant experience into a positive one.
