Great experience at HQ Honda! June 12, 2014 my husband and I had a simple oil change scheduled at twelve with Nicole Cockcroft. I was running 15 minutes behind but upon arrival I w June 12, 2014 my husband and I had a simple oil change scheduled at twelve with Nicole Cockcroft. I was running 15 minutes behind but upon arrival I was still greeted with a huge smile. She sat us down and went over the process and even explained that we would receive a free car wash each time we bring our vehicle in. I have brought my CR-V in previously but was unaware of this special service. Our car was ready in no time! Mrs. Cockcroft proceeded to go over future recommendations to keep us running smooth. It was an overall great experience and I will continue to have Nicole Cockcroft at HQ Honda Clermont service our CR-V and Accord. Thank you again Nicole for explaining what we needed so simply and straight forward, being up beat, and most of all, keeping my family and me safe! More

Just moved to Clermont. Not happy with this service dept. They sent me to another company for body work instead of doing it there. Car wouldn't start in parking lot yesterday and I called for help. dept. They sent me to another company for body work instead of doing it there. Car wouldn't start in parking lot yesterday and I called for help. No towing service available. No help getting one. I did have towing service at my previous Honda and a service dept. that fixed my car. My car is just out of warranty. I buy every 2-3 years. Next car won't be a Honda if I can't get good service at the dealership. There are lots of dealerships on 50 Hwy. to choose from. Like the people there and the looks of the dealership but no service department. Ps don't like this website. Had trouble trying to post review Like that Honda followed up immediately. More

I visited the service department for an issue with my new honda. Kara Kay was my service rep, she was very attentive and knowledageable. I was at this dealer to have a noise in my car looked at and they claimed the steering rack was bad so they replaced it. What a grave mistake to have this service department do any work on a car. The car was returned to me and was all over the road with a shake in the steering wheel. I brought it back and requested a spec sheet from the alighnment that they stated they did and they replied by stating that their printer was broken. Imagine that a multimillion dollor dealership that can not afford a new printer. However they took the unevenly worn tires of the front and moved them to the back and told me a tie rod end was not seated properly ( or they forgot to tighten it. So after the fourth time of these incompetant service people could not fix my car I had to bring it to coggin and they alighned the car and told me that headquarter hadleft it so far out of alighnment that all four tires need to be replaced because of uneven ware. I drove back to headquarter honda and demanded that they replace my tires on my 2011 13month old accord and service manager Mike Gippert lauphed at me and told me we are not in buisness to loose money good luck with that. I guess that headquarter honda is in buisness to destroy cars. I live in clermont were the dealer is and now I cringe evertime I see another honda on the road in my hometown with the thought that headquarters service department worked on that car. All I can think is I better get my car away from it before and important part like a tire comes flying off of it. What a nightmare this dealership is!!! My wife and I have bought 5 new hondas over the last seven years and We will never ever buy honda again! More
I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I spoke to Danielle, who told me to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I went in to the dealership, Danielle completely ignored me, didn't even say spoke to Danielle, who told me to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I went in to the dealership, Danielle completely ignored me, didn't even say good afternoon. Nikkol stepped in to write up my vehicle. I was not told how long my vehicle would take, just told to have a seat and they would come get me. An hour later, an entirely separate service advisor, Kara, came to me to cash me out. I do not appreciate being ignored by the service advisor I made the appointment with, and to be bounced around to two other service advisors in the span of an hour shows a complete and utter lack of regard for their customers. More
Danielle Perron is a wonderful employee and has assisted me on many occassions with repairs to our fleet of cars. She is always quick to get our cars serviced as she knows how important it is to the operati me on many occassions with repairs to our fleet of cars.
