One month old Ridgeline rquired warranty repair My 1 month old Ridgeline was making a rattling noise and it was diagnosed to be the drivers side tower strut top mount that needed replacing. Rita and My 1 month old Ridgeline was making a rattling noise and it was diagnosed to be the drivers side tower strut top mount that needed replacing. Rita and the Service Department did a great job in replacing the part (which they had to order) in a very timely manner. Took the truck in on Friday and it was completed late Saturday. Rita even provided me a rental to use while they kept my truck. Great job and very much appreciate the fast turn around. Problem Solved Had problem with car not starting. Turned out to just be the battery although auto parts store had tested it and said it was good. Service dept. chec Had problem with car not starting. New battery installed and away we go! More

Quick emergency response My wife could not get the car to start, so called Honda Roadside assistance. They were there in less than 10 minutes. There have been a few times where my car was needed for several days and I was given a complimentary car rental until my car was repaired. This is an excellent service to ensure I have a vehicle at all times Honda offers a Upgrade trade in program that gave me an excellent deal on a used car with low mileage. John Shelling introduced me this program with no pressure. When I was ready to do business he set me up with George I. who was also pleasant to deal with and no pressure.
