Todd McClellan is an excellent service advisor at Headquarter Honda. He took the time to think through what my problem might be and discussed a few scenarios with me to diagnose the problem. I wanted to like this place but this was not a great experience. Wait time was not great. I got an oil change and a tire patch. The price for everything was insane. I was misled into getting a tire rotation as well that I thought was free of charge but ended up being an extra $20. This service ended up messing up my vehicle as my tire light came on after the service and when I hit the brakes it sounded like the brakes have much more pressure on them and I can hear the scratching. What a waste of service. The complimentary car wash was through a machine instead of by hand and since I didn't know this the machine knock off a collector magnet on the back of my car. I did not realize until I had already left. All this for over $100. What did I pay for? Viviana was nice and I know it wasn't her fault but your team needs to make this right. Absolutely awful. More
