On April 13,2012 I visit the Headquarter Honda to find out why they were interested on my 2009 PT Cruiser they wrote me about. I was not really interested in buying a car, but yes I was concerned about th out why they were interested on my 2009 PT Cruiser they wrote me about. I was not really interested in buying a car, but yes I was concerned about the gas prices rising up. When I arrived they introduced to Mr. David Walker-Hughes, he immediately in a very polite way showed me the different kind of deals that possibly would-off work for me. Since I did not had the car at the moment we could not find the deal that could fit my budget. Nevertheless I took the PT Cruiser to the dealership with my wife the next day and the dealership liked the shape of my car. At the same time Mr. Walker was working on my situation looking the right fit for me and my wife. He was focused on our situation and was very considered about the deal he was offering to us. We decided to visit Headquater Honda in Clermont,Fl to see if we would find what we were looking for. As soon as we entered the dealership Joel Castaneda was already there to greet us. After the introductions we told him what we were looking for. He told us immediatly that he had a couple cars in mind. As we were looking at the cars he was very, very informative and prompt to answer our questions. He was polite, efficent, professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediatly came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusatic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for. Soon after we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. His co-worker Mike Jahangir was also involved in our case and he,like Joel, was efficent, friendly and very professional. Thanks to both Joel and Mike my wife and I now have the car of our dreams. I will without a doubt reccommend Joel and Mike to all my friends and family looking for their dream cars. More

On Thrusday March 28, 2012 I came to Headquarter Honda because a month early I had purchased a car from Jarad Congleton and had changed addresses and due to the change I had not recieved my first bill. Ja because a month early I had purchased a car from Jarad Congleton and had changed addresses and due to the change I had not recieved my first bill. Jarad promptly helped me with my worries and gave me the info I need to make my first payment. This was the third time I had been by after the purchase and just like the other two prior times Jarad didn't ask but insisted I hand over the keys so he could give my car a wash :) EVERYBODY OUT THERE LISTEN HERE: BUY A CAR NEW OR PRE-OWNED IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU GET FREE CAR WASHES FOR LIFE!!!! and a sales and service staff you'll wanta use for life. I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I spoke to Danielle, who told me to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I went in to the dealership, Danielle completely ignored me, didn't even say spoke to Danielle, who told me to bring my vehicle in the next day. When I went in to the dealership, Danielle completely ignored me, didn't even say good afternoon. Nikkol stepped in to write up my vehicle. I was not told how long my vehicle would take, just told to have a seat and they would come get me. An hour later, an entirely separate service advisor, Kara, came to me to cash me out. I do not appreciate being ignored by the service advisor I made the appointment with, and to be bounced around to two other service advisors in the span of an hour shows a complete and utter lack of regard for their customers. More
