After speaking with us for only a few minutes during our first visit Joseph excused himself for a few minutes and returned with the exact vehicle we were interested in except for the colour which they did n first visit Joseph excused himself for a few minutes and returned with the exact vehicle we were interested in except for the colour which they did not have in stock. He explained the features (especially the new 2013 technology) and allowed us to take the car for a test drive. To make a long story short, we negotiated a deal with the assistance of Geronimo Esteve and they were able to bring in the color we wanted within a couple of days. We purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L NAVI and have since referred a friend who also purchased a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L Navi. This is probably the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. More

My first contact with Headquarters Honda was by telephone, I called to check on a used vehicle. I spoke to Mike Jahangir and he was friendly from the beginning and had a lot of knowledge of the us telephone, I called to check on a used vehicle. I also talked to Danielle Frascella, she was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. She motivated me to come to the dealer and try to get financing for the car I really wanted. Thank you Danielle, it worked. Mike was also very professional to me and my family. He understood my financial situation and worked with me to make sure I get the best financing for the car I wanted to purchase and made it happen. Thank you Mike! Your financial guy, Anthony Angle, was very efficient and clear on the documents I was signing. Thank You! I hate going to car dealers, especially when I have gators (salesmen) that don't even let me get out of the car. At Headquarters Honda, I had the chance to go look at the vehicle and walk in the building where I was greeted by a friendly employee. It was a pleasure dealing with you. More

I needed a minivan SUV and found a very nice Buick Rendezvous and Mike Jahangir is the person that assisted me, while he was very helpful and very friendly, I was surprised that I was not explained on Rendezvous and Mike Jahangir is the person that assisted me, while he was very helpful and very friendly, I was surprised that I was not explained one of the fees on the contract. Overall experience good although I would have liked to have been informed of the a pre-delivery service fee. Although I am not happy about that I do believe overall I got a good deal. More
