I have been thinking about purchasing a Honda for some time now. My son purchased a vehicle last week, and suggested that I visit this dealer. We contacted Headquarter Honda and decided to go and check out the Honda CRV EXL. Upon our arrival we found the employees to be very courteous. We were then introduced to our sales person Mike Jahangir, check out the Honda CRV EXL. Upon our arrival we found the employees to be very courteous. We were then introduced to our sales person Mike Jahangir, who was very pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything about the car we were interested in buying. He took us for a test drive all the while giving us more information than we ever would have expected. When we got back to the dealership we sat with him and asked questions about adding extra equipment and about pricing. We told him we wanted to go home and talk it over and that we would get back to him. Mike called us the next day but we couldn't talk then because we were at the doctors office. He was very understanding and said we would talk later. The day after that we went back to the dealership but Mike was not working that day so we were going to come back at different time. They assured us that they could take care of us and introduced us to another sales person. After talking for a while we still weren't sure what we wanted to do so we went home to talk about it some more. Over the next few days we were in contact with Mike quite a few times and discussed a lot of options. He was very accommodating and gave us the best pricing he could. We purchased the vehicle and are very happy so far. Mike has contacted us twice so far asking us if we were happy and if he could answer any questions. He told us to feel free to call him anytime if we needed help. We are very satisfied with our dealings with Headquarter Honda and especially Mike Jahangir.
