I have been thinking about purchasing a Honda for some time now. My son purchased a vehicle last week, and suggested that I visit this dealer. He took me there on Thursday and we looked at a few cars. My salesperson Mike Jahangir showed me a car that I fell in love with, so that was the one for me. Mike went above and beyond to get me the price and payment that I wanted. Everyone was great, the entire process was so smooth, never had a better experience purchasing a car. Just moved to Clermont. Not happy with this service dept. They sent me to another company for body work instead of doing it there. Car wouldn't start in parking lot yesterday and I called for help. dept. They sent me to another company for body work instead of doing it there. Car wouldn't start in parking lot yesterday and I called for help. No towing service available. No help getting one. I did have towing service at my previous Honda and a service dept. that fixed my car. My car is just out of warranty. I buy every 2-3 years. Next car won't be a Honda if I can't get good service at the dealership. There are lots of dealerships on 50 Hwy. to choose from. Like the people there and the looks of the dealership but no service department. Ps don't like this website. Had trouble trying to post review Like that Honda followed up immediately. More

This why we enjoyed our experience. The staff at Headquarter Honda were great. They even endured being "bonked" on the head with a giant balloon by our son with autism.
