I have always detested buying cars over the years and Dennis made it a pleasant experience because of his expertise, his non-agressive manner, and his patience. When we returned from a two-week trip, we contacted him again to order the Honda Accord Sedan touring car with all of the accessories that we wanted. At every step, Dennis went overboard to be helpful and drove to Vero Beach to pick up the car and bring it back to Clermont. He was extremely helpful in taking a lot of time to go over the features of the car with us before I drove off in my new car that is perfect for me. I would hope that salespersons such as Dennis receive the recognition that they deserve; he's the best one with whom we have ever dealt over many years. In addition, when I called the dealership several times, the other employees were also very polite - what good customer service! Anthony Angle should be complimented for his role in the finance area.
