Worst and Frustrating experience purchase a new vehicle from this dealership, had to drive back multiple times for paperwork and wrongful charges on my account. Requested to cancel c purchase a new vehicle from this dealership, had to drive back multiple times for paperwork and wrongful charges on my account. Requested to cancel car warranty, financial staff initially told me can't cancel the warranty,(dealership does not do it) and then yes after told by the third party affiliated with them. now nearly 4 months have past and no sign of cancellation and does not respond to my contact. It has been the most frustrating months dealing with being told it has been processed, yet reality is no action ever taken. I even paid for the monthly payment before receiving the financial statement. At the end, I feeling like being deceived and no one is helping. The whole experience is like a nightmare. Poor service and not trustworthy and would not recommend. Be careful! More
Great Experience - worth the 200 mile round trip. George Ibrahim could not have done a better job. He was very friendly and kind and did not pressure us at all.
