Sherry, from the service scheduling office, was able to fit me in mid- afternoon the same day. I spoke to Bob at the service desk upon arrival for my appointment and asked him if I also could have an inspection, in addition to the oil change, which would save me an additional visit. He spoke to service tech CJ and they were able to accommodate my request. After a reasonable amount of time waiting , I was able to once again drive away a satisfied customer , thanks to Sherry , Bob, and CJ, three exceptional employees to your business. Thanks again. More

Service Department is run and operated and cretins Date: March 31, 2020 Received an e-mail that my 2019 Ridgeline was due for inspection. Great Service Dept. heads up but it goes down the toilet fro Date: March 31, 2020 Received an e-mail that my 2019 Ridgeline was due for inspection. Great Service Dept. heads up but it goes down the toilet from here. Called to make an appointment for inspection. Service Rep #1 (didn't get a name) asked if it was for emissions or state inspection...what kind of question is this??? When I gave him my name, Hazleton Honda has my name and address on record but no vehicle on record...what??? The Ridgeline was purchased new from Hazleton Honda in May 2019 and they send an e-mail to me indicating such. At this point I'm getting nowhere with an inspection appointment. So, I then asked to speak with someone in the department who was less stupid and hopefully with a bigger brain. Wishful thinking... Service Rep #1's manager was more stupid than Service Rep #1. Manager asked what the vehicle was and perhaps bought under a different name...what kind of question is this??? So to recap: Hazleton Honda Service Department sends me an e-mail notice that my 2019 Ridgeline is due for inspection and when I call to schedule the stooges in the Service Department can only locate my name and address and no vehicle. How stupid and inept is this??? I will confess I became quite angry and belligerent after about 2 sentences with each of the cretins I spoke to. But most anyone would if they were to engage in a the same circular, idiot conversation with these two individuals . I didn't get their names and I sense I didn't get names from them because I'm sure they know this review is coming. Although I'm sure this review will be removed per the review guidelines. As far as I'm concerned you'll get better service from their neighbor Hazleton Nissan (bye the way that's sarcasm). All the above being said, this is my first, post Honda Purchase experience with Hazleton Honda's Service Department and unless some changes are made for the better, this my is last. This experience will also factor heavily in my never choosing another Honda again, for certain not from Hazleton Honda. Additionally, Hazleton Honda and Honda in general will also get the benefit of years of free bad advertising courtesy of my abysmal episode today. John Patrick Berda More

Philip Petris disrespects women The General Sales Manager, Philip Petris, treated me with such disrespect. Unfortunately, he is a new-fashioned sexist. The evening went well with The General Sales Manager, Philip Petris, treated me with such disrespect. Unfortunately, he is a new-fashioned sexist. The evening went well with the typical negotiations until I began to speak up with our final request. He began to speak over me when I tried to explain the reasoning behind the request and would only look at my husband. I continued to counter with the request and his personality continued to worsen. I calmly addressed the situation as we could feel the tension and reminded him that we were both there to make a deal and I wanted to work together. As the hours passed by he began to contradict his statements one by one... 1. He said he was willing to stay all night but at 10 he said he was tired because he worked since 7. I reminded him that was his choice to be in this industry. 2. He placed himself on a pedestal about how honest and good of a person he was but then was laughing at my comments and cutting me off to try to stop me. 3. He stated all cars after 60 days on the lot go to auction but then stated the particular one we were trying to buy wouldn’t. There are plenty more but I digress. He even called out other local dealerships to degrade their business. This is not appropriate behavior. In addition to the blatant disrespect , his knowledge was lacking and attention to detail was poor. He was unaware what vehicle we were trading in although he stated he appraised it. He was unaware who owned the brands or where the vehicles we produced. Also, he treated the floor salesmen as if he was a dog by barking orders and throwing papers at him to take to the trash. As for the owners, Jessie Armstead and Antonio Pierce I would be mortified to have this man in my business. More
