Kelly was great and sat us down and explained how the process works. He got us approved and then helped us pick out something. He showed us the van and it wasn't exactly what we were looking but was in our price range. After test driving it, we fell in love. Hayes Rocks Had been in the market for a full size SUV for the past 6 months. Knew Hayes was the place I was going to go to but was waiting on that right vehicle. Well it came but not in the time frame I had expected for my down payment. Stopped in anyway just to look at the SUV and fell in love. Well Josh came out and said it was our vehicle and he would “make it happen”. He was able to get me in at my monthly rate that I told him I budgeted for with out the down payment I was going to put down in the first place.....
