When approaching Frank to sign in and get an oil change, Frank told me he would be with me in a moment. He continued to do something on the computer for the next 3 minutes. As I waited, not one other sales people, who where not busy, since I was the only customer, asked to help me. Another person walked into the dealership and stood behind me. He waited about 20 second while someone helped him immediately. I stood there for another 2 minutes before another sales person decided to help me. All the while Frank never looked up from his computer and continued to do whatever he was doing. Not sure if I didn't get the respect that a customer should receive becuase I was a women. I would hope that is not the case. As a teacher, I do plan on making it my busy to tell my co-works about this incident as I have already done so. Crysler will never get my or my families businness again. More
I have a 07' RAM with the 5.7 Hemi. The dealer in Union City quoted me $400 to change the spark plugs, along with a couple of independant shops! Only $225 at Haynes! They always take care of my problems. Not only the problems, but routine service. They know what needs done each time. I cannot keep up with it. Whenever, I have a question, concern, or problem with my daughter's vehicle, immediately, I would call Hayes Chrysler and asked to speak with Adrian. In most cases, I would begin (after being transferred),"Adrian, this is Mrs. Spencer calling to say I heard this strange sound or my daughter's car is driving rough, what do you think is going on with her car?" Of course, he would asked me a few cars to get a better idea of what's possibly wrong with the car, then he would tell me what made be going and if it's where I need to bring the vehicle in ASAP, he would advise me to do just that. If he is unavailable and assisting another customer, I would leave him a message and he would return my call soon. Throughout my time, I have owned and driven several cars, by different makers, but I must say, the customer service support at Hayes Chrysler, no one could ask for anything better. Not only is my service advisor great, the other fellows in the service department are kind and polite to me as well. Keep up the great work! More

Both Adrian and Frank are very courteous and friendly whether by phone or in person when inquiring about a service issue. I have taken two vehicles(one purchased at Hayes, the other another Chrysler dea whether by phone or in person when inquiring about a service issue. I have taken two vehicles(one purchased at Hayes, the other another Chrysler dealer)there for service over the past nearly six years and have consistently experienced superior customer treatment from both of them. All service options are always discussed with me prior to any work proceeding and also accompanied by accurate estimates of final service cost. They will even calculate the most economical means to pay for services whether based upon the dealership loyalty program or through corporate emailed coupons! I plan to patronize them and Hayes until I need to replace my two vehicles. More
There is a defect in the braking system of the T&C van I purchased at this dealership. At the time I purchased the vehicle I believe the dealership was already aware of this but I was not informed. Chrysler has provided one rebate on brake pads claiming the issue would be resolved with a different pad. Mark Chitwood, head of service dept, assured me, when I paid for the third brake job on a van with less than 40K miles, that the pads would last at least 20K miles. When I returned for yet another brake job in less than 20K, Glenn tells me it isn't their problem it is Chrysler's problem. But it is OK because I only have to pay $90 to have the rotors machined. Well I do not have the money to have this done every 6 months until I will have to pay for new rotors again. I believe the dealership should at the least provide the machining of rotors free of charge. Glenn was not helpful at all and was condescending as he made me wait nearly four hours to have the brakes done. The best solution would be to have the true defect resolved but Chrysler appears to be unwilling to do this as Hayes continues to sell them to unsuspecting people. More
My Chrysler 300C was stuck in Park. I called Hayes and spoke with gentleman in the Service dept. and asked for advice. None of it worked, so I called back and asked if I could have the car towed there. I asked if they had a local tower, which they did. The tow truck arrived promptly. I was pleased to see that it was flatbed type since the car was stuck in gear. When I arrived at Hayes they were expecting me. It was late in the day so I had to leave the car but I was told that I would receive a call the next morning with the diagnosis. As I was waiting I looked in the garage area and was surprised at how huge it was, and how CLEAN! I felt so assured by the way I was treated before and after I dropped the car off that I decided to have my regular maintenance done there at the same time. I was pleased when I actually received the call the next morning. I had a rental car and was further pleased to find out that the same company had a location right at Hayes. I had requested that the old part be saved so that I could examine it. Sure enough, it was in a box inside the car. I've had to almost pry old parts out of other dealers! At Hayes, it was no big deal. I will definitely go there again. That may sound routine, but please realize that I live approximately 50 miles away! I work nearby but have had all my repairs and maintenance closer to home. I like Hayes so much that I will be going there regardless of the distance. More
