I had my car towed to Chrysler Dodge dealership Mall of Georgia. I had no choice as to where my car was to go as it was towed to the nearest dealer. On Sunday evening I, a single mother with a very young child, was stranded. I had four days of being disappointed, getting nowhere with progress, trying to find ways to get my young child to daycare and myself to work as I was not provided a rental from Chrysler Mall of Georgia. Needless to say I was feeling more than frustrated. Today I went to Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville where I bought my car (third car purchase there). I thought I would just to see if they could help me in any way. I was immediately greeted with smiles from everyone when I walked in the door. I was beyond stressed by other life circumstances. My car issues were just the icing on the cake that broke me this week. Everyone at Hayes treated me as though I was someone who mattered to them. I was told by Eric Matte that I was part of the "Hayes" family especially since I had purchased my car there. Those are just words. Anyone can say that. BUT..... It was his actions and attitude that made me FEEL like family and that someone out there cares about a single hard working mom who needs someone to care and be taken care of on occasion. I cannot say enough about the small gestures, the calm demeanor, and soothing voice as he not only dealt with me but also the other representatives at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler to try his best to get my issues resolved. Avoids calls and delays in refunds I have been trying for 2 months to get a refund due me from Hayes Service Department. I keep getting the run around. Oil change in my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup My service advisor Adrian White has been my advisor for at least 11 years. He has advised me on my 2003 Dodge Diesel 2500 and now my new 2015 Dodge Ra My service advisor Adrian White has been my advisor for at least 11 years. He has advised me on my 2003 Dodge Diesel 2500 and now my new 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi. My 2nd oil change on this truck was not the best oil change. After I left the dealership my check tire pressure warning light came on my dash. I checked the display panel and the rear tires had 65 psi and the front tires had 55 psi. I had no warning light when it went to the dealer. I calld back to the dealership and left a message on Adrian's telephone. After arriving home several hours later Adrian called me and after discussing the low tire pressure light we determined maybe the technician adjusted it for a 1500 pickup and not for a 2500. All he had to do was look on the door to check the correct pressure. After that phone call I went down and checked under the hood as I do after every service on my vehicle. The oil was the correct reading on the dip stick. After I shut the hood I looked under the truck as I do after service and I discovered that when the technician took the old oil filter off there was a lot of oil all over the bottom of the motor,steering arms,frame and dripping on my garage floor. I called back to the dealership and by this time it was around 5:20 pm and I left a message on Adrian's telephone about what I found. I thought the new filter was bad or spewing oil out the side of the filter. Waiting for Adrian to call me back I went upstairs and got my key and flashlight and came back down and started the truck up and crawled under the truck and could not see where the filter was leaking. This was a relief for me. A little later Mark Chitwood service manager called and asked me if he needed to send out a tow truck to bring my Dodge back to the dealer to check out what happened. I told him I thought it was o.k. to drive back the next morning. He even stated he would send somebody out to clean up the oil that was dropped on my garage floor. I told him I would clean it up when I came back home after they had looked at the truck. The next morning I drove back to the dealership and on the way back I check the oil pressure gage as I was driving. I then check the life of the oil before next change and found that the technician forgot to set this back to zero. I met with Adrian White and Mark Chitwood after the technicians cleaned up the oil that came out from the oil change.They reset the oil to life gage back to zero and filled my tire pressure to 70psi. That's what I like while driving around town. We met the technicians who worked on my truck and found out the authorized technician was training a new employee but my problem is that the authorized technician was not training him correctly or not showing him to clean up oil spilled when changing oil and resetting the oil to life gage and tire pressure correctly. After I got back home I wonder how many other oil changes they have not cleaned up oil spilled after you take the old filter off. I will continue to go back to this dealership because I trust Adrian White and Mark Chitwood advice on my service needs. Oil Change Went to get an oil change and tire rotation for my wifes car. Spoke with Jim Sell and he helped me get into a brand new Jeep Patriot. I was traveling back from CO to GA to attend a wedding a I purchased a 2011 Dodge Nitro from Hayes in August of 2012. The entire experience was great. I was traveling back from CO to GA to attend a wedding and have my GPS repaired under my Chrysler extended warranty at Hayes. While there I met Dennis Chadwick in sales and we talked about cars and the great rebates and deals on a select 2014 dodge models. Took a test drive in a Dodge Journey Crossroad, fully loaded. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but I couldnt pass up the deal they gave me on my trade and with all the rebates and incentives, it made this deal a no brainer. Wife loves here new car and all the options. I was out the door in 2 hours with a new car. I would buy another car from Hayes b4 going to another dealer. great service and support. More

Prior to going to Hayes I spoke with Jim Sells(Salesman) and set up an appointment for the following day. Let me first start off by saying that the experience was far from buying a car as we were able to relate and relax while working a deal. Jim Sales made sure that we were taken care of and never broke his word; with Jim Sales and the new finance manager they were able to make the deal that we were after allowing us to leave with a new car and a smile. I would recommend Jim Sells to anyone out there looking to buy a new car from Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville. A++++++++ More

I brought my dodge truck into this dealership for a few repairs and one was replacing my wiper blades. I had a problem with one the blades not working after repaired, but the owner Mr. Hayes and team took repairs and one was replacing my wiper blades. I had a problem with one the blades not working after repaired, but the owner Mr. Hayes and team took real good care of the situation. They told me to bring my truck back in to check out the problem, then they had me take a look at it myself to point out where the problem came from. I appreciate the personal attention on taking the time to demonstrate and talk to me on how to correct the problem. They were very fast on the service and also made great recommendations on other things to keep my Dodge Ram running good. I am very happy with the service and the treatment that was given to me. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here because I realize that this is truly a family run business. More
