WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! BROUGHT MY 2013 DODGE CHALLENGER (WITH 6K ACTUAL MILES) IN FOR A FACTORY RECALL REGARDING THE TIMING BELT. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY CAR BEFO BROUGHT MY 2013 DODGE CHALLENGER (WITH 6K ACTUAL MILES) IN FOR A FACTORY RECALL REGARDING THE TIMING BELT. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY CAR BEFORE. IT'S BEEN GREAT. TAKES TWO AND A HALF DAYS TO GET BACK FOR A JOB THAT'S SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4 HOURS. THE REASON I WAS TOLD IT TOOK LONGER WAS THAT THEY ENCOUNTERED AN OVERHEATING ISSUE WITH THE RADIATOR, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. I TAKE THE CAR HOME AND THE NEXT TIME WE TAKE IT OUT, THE CAR OVERHEATS AND BURPS OUT HOT ANTIFREEZE OVER OVER THE ENGINE. I CALL HAYES AND THEY TELL ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A TOW. I TELL THEM THAT'S IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY TELL ME TO CALL DODGE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, WHICH I DO. THE NEXT DAY I GO TO THE DEALERSHIP AND EXPLAIN TO THE ASST CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER THAT MY CAR IS ONE I WANT TO KEEP A VERY LONG TIME AND WILL THEY PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OKAY WITH THE CAR BEFORE THEY GIVE IT BACK. ALSO, WILL THEY PLEASE CLEAN THE ENGINE BAY BECAUSE OF THE ANTIFREEZE MESS. THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. I PICK UP THE CAR LATER AND THEY TELL ME THE PROBLEM WAS A LOOSE CONNECTION FOR THE ELECTRIC RADIATOR FANS. HMM, SHOULDN'T THAT HAVE BEEN CHECKED THE FIRST TIME THE CAR WAS THERE? WILL THIS BE A RECURRING PROBLEM NOW? ALSO I GET THE CAR HOME AND POP THE HOOD. GUESS WHAT? THE ENGINE BAY IS STILL A MESS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO HAYES FOR ANYTHING. More
Better than most Got my truck up north called them on Monday and had it serviced on Tuesday. Was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Service not performed I took my Pacifica in on Tuesday to have a headlamp replaced, new wiper blades installed, and my car washed and vacuumed. I asked for all these and w I took my Pacifica in on Tuesday to have a headlamp replaced, new wiper blades installed, and my car washed and vacuumed. I asked for all these and watched the service representative write them down. Discussed prices for each with him. Left my car. On Thursday afternoon I was called and told it was ready. I picked it up on Friday. I am going out of town tomorrow. When I went to get in my car it had not been washed or vacuumed. I didn't have time to go back and have this done. I am very disappointed that such a minor thing was not taken care of by the service department. I have purchased my last two cars for Hayes. I have sent friends and family there to purchase vehicles. I have all my service work done there. How can you screw up such a simple request. More

Trust and Confidence The service department at Hayes is above top notch. Adrian White to me is by far the most Trustworthy and knowledgeable service adviser at Hayes. Took The service department at Hayes is above top notch. Adrian White to me is by far the most Trustworthy and knowledgeable service adviser at Hayes. Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for vibration at speeds above 60 mph. They did a balance and that didn't work. Took the truck back and found that two tires were bad. Replaced under warranty. If there is a problem with your vehicle Adrian will find and fix it. Adrian has serviced all my cars. Journey, Ram and now a Chrysler 200. Go see Adrian White More
