Due to a few circumstances I am working on, my credit union could not approve the vehicle. But, Paul and the finance manager found a deal that was comparable. Now, 800 miles later, I could not have picked out a better vehicle for my needs. Those I worked with showed great patience as this was the 2nd new purchase ever, but the first in which I had a few options. I would recommend anyone to this dealer. More

I pass by several other dealerships. There nothing particularly wrong with those dealerships in my experience. Hayes is just better. My vehicle drives better and I feel safer in today's traffic. Driving is important in today's society and I feel the dealership does a better job. More
Huh, really? Moving on. After I purchased my Jeep Wrangler, I went home and immediately took off the top. I discovered a faulty zipper on one of the windows. It still worked After I purchased my Jeep Wrangler, I went home and immediately took off the top. I discovered a faulty zipper on one of the windows. It still worked if you were careful with it, but would certainly break completely within a year. I called and spoke with Dusty Hayes who said he wouldn't replace it because the zipper still worked. I said fine, then will you replace it when it breaks within a year. He said no. Finally, he reluctantly agreed to send photos of the faulty zipper to the Jeep company. I made a trip to the dealership for photos to be taken. Jeep agreed to replace it. So another trip to the dealership to have the top installed. It never should have been this difficult. About a week later, I was driving with some coworkers with me and the steering messed up and wouldn't drive straight. I nearly wrecked due to the sudden change. Yet another drive (very slowly) to the dealership to have it looked at. I was told that the ball joint wasn't installed correctly. Again, about a week later, I tried to remove the spare tire and realized it (along with most of the other wheels) had been put on too tight and couldn't be removed with the supplied lug wrench. Had to drive to the dealership once again. Mechanic admitted that it was put on with too much torque from a pneumatic drill. I called Dusty again and discussed how annoying my experience had been along with the wasted time and gas and asked if he could make it up to me by selling me some Jeep accessories at a discount. He asked me to send him a list, which I did. My list showed some basic pricing (mostly from Amazon) just so he understood the pricing I’m trying to beat. He said that even though they consider themselves to be the largest Jeep parts/accessories reseller in the region, he can’t beat those prices. I find that very strange, but ok. Discussion over and no other offer made to make up for my troubles. Then, out of the blue, I received a phone call asking for a positive testimonial for the Haye's dealership. I said I won't. I later received a phone call from Stephen Weatherly. After I explained my story, he asked to send him my list of parts so he could look at it, which I did. I never got a response, even after emailing him again over a month later. Still no response. Eventually, I kept calling until I could reach him. All he said was that he can't beat my online prices and there's nothing more he can do. Still, no other offer made to make up for my troubles. Do you think I (or anyone in my circle of influence) will ever do business again with Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Lawrenceville, GA? More
They’re incompeyent I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I went in with 1/2 of tank of gas when I picked it up it was on the reserve. I still can figure that one out. More
