Having dealt with other dealerships in the past and bought a Jeep product from a different dealer last time, we were determined not to make that mistake again. Glad we dealt with Hayes. JP Kim was great with the internet side of things. He told me many things that I didn't know about the old and the new versions of the model we were researching. He's very personable, knowledgable about the cars and quick in finding us the information and finally the perfect car for us. The finance department was prompt and super pleasant to deal with as well. I look forward to going back to Hayes for my service and other future car needs. Better then Hendricks!! I have always been a chevy girl and I owned a 2007 Chevy Traillblazer SS. Hendricks would call me at least once a month and tell me they have someone I have always been a chevy girl and I owned a 2007 Chevy Traillblazer SS. Hendricks would call me at least once a month and tell me they have someone interested in buying my truck (which only has 81,000 miles). I finally give in and go see them because when the SS has an issue it's no less them $600.00 to repair. I did my research and knew the trucks trade in value and although I know dealers don't deal in emotions I had a very deep love of this truck. Of course Hendricks low xxxxx me at offers $8000.00. We left. I did decide I needed to get a more practical vehicle due to financial limits and looked around. We went to Honda but no deal. When we went to Hayes and explained our situation they knew the vehicle I was trading in was worth what I was hoping to get. My salesman Devon Leera was great and his sales manager was the best. They understood how I felt and went above and beyond my expectations! They gave me a great deal on the new vehicle and on my trade in. Love this dealership and will definitely refer everyone I can.
