AMAZING BUYING EXPERIENCE Found the Cadillac CTS-V we were looking for on line, called the dealership and got Joe on the phone. Joe was very thorough and helpful. Took my info, promised to call me back once he put his eyes on the car and hands on the keys. We received a call back in less than 10 minutes, so we scheduled a test drive with Joe. When we showed up to look at the car and to test drive, Joe met us out front and had the car up there as well. Started raining during test drive, so when we got back, Joe had the car cleaned up again so we could give it one more walk around......Above and beyond with tons of attention to detail...... Went inside to work the deal (the part everyone dreads when buying a car), sat down, Joe had our trade appraised, then asked us what we wanted to pay for the car and what we wanted for our trade, instead of all the back and forth like other dealers. He took it to the Mgr., and came back in a few minutes to have us sign all the paperwork to complete the transaction......... Good truck , but not what I wanted. Over priced and High interest. I sent a email to Hayes Lawrenceville to see if it was possible to trade in this truck and get into a Quad or Crew cab truck . Ernest called me and Set up and appointment. Went in late looked at a few trucks . Couldn't finish the deal so I went home with the promise he would work on it and call me back the next day. A few texts later he said the deal was done. He gave me the stock number for what i was approved for and at first I was not happy. It was a V6 with no hitch and grey. NOT happy. He said come in and you will be HAPPY. I went in and saw the truck. It was beautiful. Silver Crew cab with running boards , hitch, back up camera, Bluetooth. The best part is they lowered my payment $50.00 and 3.9 %. WOW. The lady in Finance was great ....no AWESOME!!! She is Bonnie Barr THIS IS MY DEALER FOR THE REST OF MY NATURAL LIFE.!!!!!
