Oil change in my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup My service advisor Adrian White has been my advisor for at least 11 years. He has advised me on my 2003 Dodge Diesel 2500 and now my new 2015 Dodge Ra My service advisor Adrian White has been my advisor for at least 11 years. He has advised me on my 2003 Dodge Diesel 2500 and now my new 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi. My 2nd oil change on this truck was not the best oil change. After I left the dealership my check tire pressure warning light came on my dash. I checked the display panel and the rear tires had 65 psi and the front tires had 55 psi. I had no warning light when it went to the dealer. I calld back to the dealership and left a message on Adrian's telephone. After arriving home several hours later Adrian called me and after discussing the low tire pressure light we determined maybe the technician adjusted it for a 1500 pickup and not for a 2500. All he had to do was look on the door to check the correct pressure. After that phone call I went down and checked under the hood as I do after every service on my vehicle. The oil was the correct reading on the dip stick. After I shut the hood I looked under the truck as I do after service and I discovered that when the technician took the old oil filter off there was a lot of oil all over the bottom of the motor,steering arms,frame and dripping on my garage floor. I called back to the dealership and by this time it was around 5:20 pm and I left a message on Adrian's telephone about what I found. I thought the new filter was bad or spewing oil out the side of the filter. Waiting for Adrian to call me back I went upstairs and got my key and flashlight and came back down and started the truck up and crawled under the truck and could not see where the filter was leaking. This was a relief for me. A little later Mark Chitwood service manager called and asked me if he needed to send out a tow truck to bring my Dodge back to the dealer to check out what happened. I told him I thought it was o.k. to drive back the next morning. He even stated he would send somebody out to clean up the oil that was dropped on my garage floor. I told him I would clean it up when I came back home after they had looked at the truck. The next morning I drove back to the dealership and on the way back I check the oil pressure gage as I was driving. I then check the life of the oil before next change and found that the technician forgot to set this back to zero. I met with Adrian White and Mark Chitwood after the technicians cleaned up the oil that came out from the oil change.They reset the oil to life gage back to zero and filled my tire pressure to 70psi. That's what I like while driving around town. We met the technicians who worked on my truck and found out the authorized technician was training a new employee but my problem is that the authorized technician was not training him correctly or not showing him to clean up oil spilled when changing oil and resetting the oil to life gage and tire pressure correctly. After I got back home I wonder how many other oil changes they have not cleaned up oil spilled after you take the old filter off. I will continue to go back to this dealership because I trust Adrian White and Mark Chitwood advice on my service needs. Don't hesitate to buy here Hayes had the vehicle we wanted. As we drove onto the lot, we were disturbed to find a hoard of sales people just waiting to attack. We were immediately turned off, but they had the car we wanted. The sales guy who approached us, Ernest Clarke, quickly got through our 'resistance curtain' and showed us the car. The next step was the appraisal of our vehicle and the first offer from the dealer. Frankly it was the same distasteful time that causes us to detest all car dealers. Ernest understood the battle between his manager and we as buyers. Eventually the manager came face-to-face to try and close the deal at his price. We resisted and were ready to walk. All of us have been there. Finally the manager went away and sent back his last offer - the one we wanted. Deal done. Ernest was a gentleman through this time, and then turned us over to the shining star in their dealership - Magdelana Babiarz, one of their finance managers. She is one of the most qualified, focused, and supportive persons a car buyer can meet. She promptly focused on our deal, getting it documented and closed. She took a few moments to learn about us and our personal needs, and through that ended up offering and convincing us to sign up for a long term maintenance and extended warranty. We did business with Hayes years ago, so we had a prior level of trust. The sales guys in the parking lot were terrible, and Hayes should find another way to get in front of customers who visit and want to look at and buy cars. We understand their desire to get as high a price as they can, Hayes should find the way to strip the distasteful back and forth out of their process. There are many successful dealers - Carmax for one - who don't do that. But at the end of the day, the shining stars of Earnest the sales guy, and the stunning performance of Magdelana set them apart. I'd go back - and look for Ernest and Magdelana! I hope Hayes takes care of them, and finds a better way to do business than the exploitive sales managers in the corner of the showroom. More

Awesome Experience My wife and I were looking to purchase a car before the end of the year (2015). So we researched online, called around, traveled to multiple dealerships, etc. We eventually called McDaniels Nsabinla, with Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and he was awesome. Both he and the dealership understood our situation and was willing to work with us on purchasing a car (e.g. the right price and financing with our credit), which was not true for most places we contacted. McDaniels Nsabinla was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, our experience with Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was great. From the receptionist, the sales representative (McDaniels Nsabinla), to the finance department (Derek Langley), everyone was first class. My only complaint is after completing initial paper work, the wait time to see the finance department was extremely long (maybe this is the protocol for all dealerships). However, I would still highly recommend purchasing at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram... As a matter of fact, I would purchase from them again. More
