After being extremely frustrated with several days of hours upon hours spent at different places, I contacted Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep about one of their vehicles that I was interested in. I asked the salesman, Ernest Clarke, if we could please begin to discuss numbers over the phone due to multiple dead ends that I had reached at other dealerships just recently. He said sure, I gave him what I knew I could afford and where I wished to be in terms of payments. He said he would get back with what he came up with. I received a call back that day explaining the deal he had worked up. After just a few minutes of negotiating, we had reached a tentative deal. I went to the dealership the next day. Ernest knew my time was valuable and we wasted no time test driving the vehicle and starting the finance process. Ernest was very thorough and explored and explained all of my options to where I could understand them and make an informed decision. I met with Magdalena Barbiaz to discuss finances and finalize the deal. She is nothing short of amazing. They both were such a pleasure to work with and I felt they kept my best interest in mind which I really appreciate. My experience as a whole was wonderful, with each person that was involved.
