We bought on Memorial Day, when the dealership had special catering for their people. Not only were we offered food several times, but Paul never once left us to partake in the buffet set for them. Quick and Painless I was looking for a VW Tiguan and found one at Hayes through auto trader. I had already been to a VW dealer and wasn't really impressed with the servi I was looking for a VW Tiguan and found one at Hayes through auto trader. I had already been to a VW dealer and wasn't really impressed with the service. I was their for over 4 hours and still couldn't find a Tiguan at a price that worked for me. I spoke with JP and Bennett on the phone and decided to test drive the Tiguan at Hayes. I was able to drive it and negotiate the price during a 2 hour break that I had between work and school. I ran off to class and came back the next day to sign the papers and get the keys. Truly a quick and painless experience. The entire staff was professional and entertaining.
