Online research took me to Hayes Dodge Chrysler in Lawrenceville, GA. After a bit of a slow start, I was handed off to Paul Sanguedolce. I told him I had X dollars, 3 hours, and a need to trade our 08 Mazda Tribute for a new Dodge Caravan. Paul said he could do that for me; he really had to push the process hard, but he succeeded. I drove away with a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT at a good price and by my time deadline. Very pleased. Would go back to Paul at Hayes any time. More

Exceptional Service Had yet another incredible experience at Hayes. In 2015 I bought a new Jeep from them and the overall experience was exceptional. This time, I bought Had yet another incredible experience at Hayes. In 2015 I bought a new Jeep from them and the overall experience was exceptional. This time, I bought a used 2015 Tahoe from them and again the overall experience was exceptional. This time I worked with JP Kim. JP didn't have too difficult of a job as we knew exactly what we wanted in a vehicle and Dusty Hayes seemed to have it on the lot for me! However, he did answer our questions and concerns quickly and accurately. Why not 5 stars? I can't give 5 stars simply because of some really minor and nit picky issues with the sale. Before I continue with the positives, I will share these very MINOR issues. First, I was not provided with a temp tag when I left the dealer with my new car. I don't know where the miscommunication was on this and honestly, I think the pace at which we came in and closed the deal likely contributed more than anything that the Hayes team did specifically. However, I did have an issue with this tag not being provided that was slightly embarrassing. Secondly, there was an issue with their body shop that was a little irritating but again nothing that the sales and finance team did incorrectly. In fact, the sales team noticed some slight damage to the front bumper before I took delivery of the vehicle and offered to have it repaired for me. The issue that I had was dealing with the body shop for the repair. When I met with them to drop the vehicle off I pointed out another issue that had been committed to me that would be fixed. The body shop guy was not exactly friendly about it and basically questioned why the sales team would offer that repair. Again, this is a very minor complaint and the overall experience with sales and service was really fantastic. With that said, at no point did I not feel important to the Hayes team. They have been on point every step of the way. Stephen Weatherly, JP Kim, Magdelana (sp?) in finance were all exceptional and professional. They listened to us and stepped up and provided a level of service that was above and beyond. JP was an exceptional communicator as I brought my vehicle back for the committed repairs and took care to make sure that my temp tag was secured. JP really treated both my wife and I like we were the only customers they had! Additionally, I came in with amazing financing that I had secured myself. Magdelana (sp?) offered to find me a better deal. I was skeptical but agreed to let her try. She was able to get me a much better deal with my own bank!!! So not only did I get EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted, I got a much better deal and I got the vehicle in an almost new condition. The sales and finance team really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the experience. Again, my issues are so minor they shouldn't sway someone's opinion as to buy from Hayes or not. My wife were in and out with our new vehicle in under an hour and a half and we bought a vehicle they had just taken in. With those conditions its absolutely acceptable that the Hayes team wanted to delight by brining the vehicle back for some repair to make sure we had a perfect car. I have had many dealings with the Hayes team and I've never thought anything other than this is an exceptionally managed and run dealership. They take great pride in not only being your dealer now but also building relationships to enable you to keep coming back. In my case, I didn't even want a Jeep or Chrysler this time and they delivered exactly what I wanted!!! I will buy again from this team with no reservations! More

Outstanding dealership! I have not seriously shopped for a Dodge before but decided to take a look at the Durango based on the great review in Consumer Reports. I sent in a request on a Sunday and received an email from Emily saying that JP was working on it and wanted to give me a call. I was genuinely shocked that he was working on it on Sunday evening. JP called me first thing Monday and we set up a time for Tuesday. My daughter and I went to the dealership on Tuesday to look at the Durango even though we were running late, JP was very welcoming, friendly and courteous. Overall, I must say in my 20+ years of buying cars, JP Kim is one of the best salespersons I have ever worked with. He was very honest, upfront, supportive, took his time explaining the options in the car and patiently answered all mine and my teenage daughter's questions. We purchased the Durango and couldn't be happier! I worked with Courtney Donaldson in Finance and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I will definitely come back to this dealership!
