Service not performed I took my Pacifica in on Tuesday to have a headlamp replaced, new wiper blades installed, and my car washed and vacuumed. I asked for all these and watched the service representative write them down. Discussed prices for each with him. Left my car. On Thursday afternoon I was called and told it was ready. I picked it up on Friday. I am going out of town tomorrow. When I went to get in my car it had not been washed or vacuumed. I didn't have time to go back and have this done. I am very disappointed that such a minor thing was not taken care of by the service department. I have purchased my last two cars for Hayes. I have sent friends and family there to purchase vehicles. I have all my service work done there. How can you screw up such a simple request. More
