MADE THE SWITCH WITH OUT A HITCH After having our new 2016 Wrangler for 5 months, it became apparent that the 6 speed was no longer good for our lifestyle and ankles! We called Bennet to see what it would take to get us into an automatic within our budget. Along with Steve and Magdalena, the team did a great job in getting us another vehicle with a few more options. Good car buying experience. Had a good car buying experience at Hayes DCJR. Bennett Carpenter did what I feel was the best he could for me. He was a pleasure to work with, and Had a good car buying experience at Hayes DCJR. Bennett Carpenter did what I feel was the best he could for me. He was a pleasure to work with, and an asset to the Hayes company. If he didn't have the answer, he found the person that did. He even tracked down one of the service techs when I had questions about what I saw on the carfax report, so it could be explained to me. He really cared to get all my questions answered. If the finance manager had come down another $500, I'd have said it was an excellent experience. If I buy another DCJR, I'll most likely be a repeat customer. Courtney who i did paperwork with was great also. More

When we arrived the staff kindly greeted us, the vehicle was very clean and waiting for us at the front for a test drive. They worked with us on a cash deal and we drove home with a new-to-us Dodge Grand Caravan! We love it! Thanks JP, Don, Henry and Mr. Hayes! We will definitely send our friends and family your way!
