Above and beyond customer service!!! Scott Webster and Ernest were great to work with. Although, my husband and I originally went to the dealership looking at one particular model due to Scott Webster and Ernest were great to work with. Although, my husband and I originally went to the dealership looking at one particular model due to slight credit issues and being upside down on our trade they were able to accomodate us and were able to provide all the amenities that we wanted. We didn't feel any pressure and were left more knowledgeable than we had walked in. Scott was thorough in explaining the trucks features, and made it his mission to run around the dealership getting the model,/color/amenities/etc until we had smiles on our faces. Good customer serivce is hard to come by these days but Scott is 100% transparent and upfront with you..He knows that it isn't about just selling a car but building a rapport with his clients so that they come back to him time and time again. My husband and I can say that we will definitely be recommending Scott to my friends and family members for all of their car needs. More

Call him first! Looked at so many different cars and website. When I talked with JP, he followed up on everything, was honest and took great care of us! We have to drive almost 3 hours to get to him, but will drive it overtime from now on when we are looking for a used car. Don't waste your time on those other dealerships. One dealership sold it right out from under us. JP held the car until we got there, had a tech drive it before we got there and then it was only a matter of minutes to see the car, realize that it was everything he said it was, and sign the papers.
