I drove way out of my way to visit Ha If you've ever purchased a car or been to a dealership, chances are you've had the "Bad Dealership Experience". I drove way out of my way to visit Hayes on a lunch break because they had 2 Ram trucks in my general price. I met Dearci Moody (Dee) and was very open about my needs, price point, and current vehicle I'd be trading. I told him I would have to return after work if he felt we would be able to work inside the parameters we discussed. We talked throughout the afternoon and he was patient with my schedule. Dee said we would be able to make it all work, so I packed my wife and 2-year-old up and drove back out in rush-hour traffic hoping the 1.5 hour drive was worth it. Dee didn't disappoint! We left in a Ram 1500 extremely pleased! The entire process, I was never SOLD ON a truck; Dee listened and PARTNERED WITH me. We both knew everything would come down to the sale itself, but it never felt like an actual sale, it felt like we were partnering to find the right truck for my families needs.
