I was referred to Hayes by a few friends and everything they told me was true! The staff at Hayes truly care about customer care/relationship and not just making a one-time sale. Upon arrival I was greeted outside before I even entered the building. My sales guy JP was the best! He made me feel like family immediately, I never felt pressure to look at or buy anything! They had tons of vehicles to choose from and gave me a fair trade-in value for my wife car which had almost 200K miles. I can't say enough about JP and the rest of the staff! No question where I'll go when I need to purchase my next vehicle. More

Best Car Buying Experience I found this dealership online months prior to visiting. I had been in the market for a car for several months and had narrowed it down to a Jeep. Hay I found this dealership online months prior to visiting. I had been in the market for a car for several months and had narrowed it down to a Jeep. Hayes had the lowest prices on new Jeeps in metro Atlanta. When I was ready to buy and knew what I wanted I visited Hayes dealership. I made contact with Taurean prior to my visit. I was not looking forward to the whole car buying visit. I planned my visit early in the morning and had backup dealers to visit if things fell through...as they likely do. I went in knowing my max down payment and monthly payments. After a few moments of negotiations they told me they would meet me where I wanted! I assumed when Taurean came back that he was going to show me other less expensive models...but he said you're going to get what you wanted car and all! I believe I was in and out with papers signed in about 1.5-2 hours. Everyone was SO friendly! More

Worst purchase experience ever. My daughter fell in love with a used car at this dealership and I helped her get it purchased and financed being that it was her first time going thro My daughter fell in love with a used car at this dealership and I helped her get it purchased and financed being that it was her first time going through the process. The dealership seemed nice at first, but after she signed on the dotted line, they showed they don't care about the customer. The car had a few small problems that could have been handled under warranty but they refused to do them. Something as small as requesting that the car be cleaned properly could not even be handled and was told to take it to a car wash - mind you, this is a day after leaving the dealership and seeing the windows were dirty and hard to look out of at night. This is also after they made my daughter wait an hour to "detail and gas up the car" which was another joke being that the car had about 20 miles to empty. She called to find out about getting the permanent tags for the car because they did not provide any paperwork to her and were unresponsive. I called to ask the same question and was transferred to a sales guy who was a total jerk, was condescending and treated me like I am the dumbest person on earth. I have never been so frustrated at just trying to get an answer from a business, especially when you consider they just sold you an $18K product. More
