The entire process of test driving and purchasing took less time than expected, which was an added bonus. The best part of the experience also came after I purchased the car. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on the bumper of the car. I called the dealership on Monday morning, and they told me to bring it in. I was able to bring it in the next week and get the car fixed in a decent amount of time with no hassle. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is intereted in purchasing a new car at a great price with little hassle. More

After a lot of research on a lot of vehicles we decided to buy the 2012 Jeep Patriot (Latitude) and went online to spec out the auto. It became apparent that they all wanted my money but none of them wanted my business. I found Hayes online and Joe Anninos said sure - we'll do that deal. A hair skeptical I did further research on Hayes and all the reviews were great. I ordered the car through Hayes (Joe did all the work) and in about 4 weeks and several Email updates later bought a 1 way ticket to Atlanta, walked into the dealer with my luggage, and in about 1.5 hours was out the door in a great auto with a full tank. I'll never buy a car again at the showroom level - this is the only way to go. Joe told me he has people drive as far as Texas to come pick up their cars and now I know why. Not only did they meet the price no questions asked they found a 500+ rebate for me while finalizing the paper work. Hayes is more interested in your business than your money - and after I pay this one off I plan on getting another and I know exactly where to get it. More
