This is my second vehicle purchase from Hayes. When I wanted to replace my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan, I drove a Honda Odessy and then went to Hayes and drove the Chrysler Town & Country. Hayes had exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and was willing to deal with us on the purchase. Our salesman, Dion Gilbert, was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and worked with us to get the deal that we wanted. Darius Jackson in the finance department was very helpful in getting us the monthly payment we wanted. He was also extremely friendly and courteous. Our van was delivered as promised and we look forward to many more years of service with Hayes. We found our Chrysler on the internet and called about it. Nina took the call and helped us from the beginning. We took a day and a half to make our decision and we were not pressured at all. My only criticism of the dealership is that it took to long to meet with the credit manager to close the deal. That probably was not his fault.
