I was intrigued by their inventory and prices (especially the discounts). I decided to drive the 60 miles and see for myself. It was worth the drive. Justin, my salesman, was very courteous, and took time to show me many difference trunks I had printed from the website. We negotiated a price close to what I was looking for and Adon Haas, their finance guy, arraigned a great finance package for me (actually so good, I upgrade my original choice to one with more options.) I am well satisfied with my purchase and with the people at Hayes CDJ. More
Upon a recommendation from our Realtor, Greg Cantrell, who is a long time friend of Ted Hayes, I called Ted who put me in touch with Mark Wong, one of his salesman. Mark called me promptly and I told him what our needs were for a minivan. We made an appointment for Saturday morning. On our way over I called Mark & gave him a number of Dodge Grand Caravan XLT models on his lot that we were interested in. He had them ready in a shaded area for our inspection upon our arrival. Mark is a very customer oriented gentleman who did all in his power to make our purchase a quick & easy one. While we were checking out the new vans with Mark, he had the appraiser check out our trade-in value. After we selected a Bright Silver model and came up with a mutually beneficial great deal, the next step was to sign the paperwork and drive away. This is where our only problem with our experience at Hayes happened. Mark told us that we were next with the finance/closing paperwork folks. Well, after waiting 45 mins., it didn't look like we were going to be next anytime soon, so we told Mark that we needed to leave for lunch and to please call us when the next opening was available. This was at ~12:30pm. When we hadn't got a call by 1:30pm, we had to call Mark. He said that there were 2 couples with the finance/paperwork persons & then another 2 after them. He called us back at 3:00pm and told us we were next and to come on in. When we got there, Mark introduced us to the finance/closing paperwork person. Within 20 minutes we had the paperwork completed and were on our way home. More

I came in to look at a used Charger RT. The salesman advised me that the vehicle I was inquiring about had been sold earlier that day. The salesman then asked me what I thought was a fair deal. A few minutes later, he told me that they could do the deal and they would have the new Charger in about two hours. I love the car. More
