I had been looking for a replacement vehicle for several months. My wife found the Hayes website and we found several very good possibilities. So I contacted Hayes and worked with Steve Matthews. Steve brought the van out and I was ready to close the deal after the test drive. The van, a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Mainstreet, was in beautiful condition and in my price range. Steve handled most of the paperwork and then turned us over to Darius, the business manager. Darius helped up finish the deal. He helped answered all my questions to his knowledge and assisted me in every detail of my purchase. Not to mention, the finance officer (don't remember his name) was very nice. I arrived at the dealership after work which was later in the day and they were willing to stay after hours to assist me. Instead of rushing through my paperwork, he took his time and went over all the details of my loan and answered all my questions with completeness. I have not had any experience with the service department but so far the sales department exceeded my expectation.
